點數僅限本人帳號使用,不得與其他會員帳號之點數合併或共用。
Credits are for use within the registered account only and cannot be merged or shared with other member accounts.
未使用完之儲值點數可申請退款。
退款金額將扣除:
• 已使用之點數
• 活動贈送之附贈點數
• 行政處理手續費 NT$1,000
剩餘金額將以轉帳方式退還。
若為發票開立之公司付款,退款將退回原發票所對應之公司帳戶。
退款申請請透過 官方 LINE 辦理,
並需提供當時付款之發票或交易憑證。
處理時間約為 7–14 個工作天。
場館保留退款條件與點數方案調整之最終解釋權。
Unused credit balances may be eligible for a refund.
The refund amount will be calculated after deducting:
• Credits already used
• Any bonus credits received
• An administrative handling fee of NT$1,000
The remaining balance will be refunded via bank transfer.
For payments made with a company invoice, refunds will be issued to the original company bank account listed on the invoice.
Refund requests must be submitted via our official LINE account,
and the original invoice or payment receipt must be provided.
Processing time is approximately 7–14 business days.
