• 取消與退款｜Cancellation & Refund

  取消需於 預訂時段前 48 小時完成並通知官方 LINE，可全額退回儲值點數。
  預訂時段前 48 小時內取消或請假，將退回 50% 儲值點數。
  DUPR 積分賽為專屬保留名額，僅限於預訂時段前 48 小時完成取消並通知官方 LINE，方可全額退回儲值點數。
  Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time,
  with notice via the official LINE account, receive a full credit refund.
  Cancellations or leave requests made within 48 hours receive 50% credits.
  DUPR events are reserved exclusively; only cancellations made 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full credit refund.

• 時段與入場｜Time Slot & Entry

  每個預約時段皆為專屬保留時間，請準時進退場並配合現場安排。
  可於預約時段前 15 分鐘入館準備，球場使用時間以預約時段為準。 若前一組仍在使用，請於場邊等候，並於預約時段開始後進場、結束時準時離場。
  Each booking is reserved exclusively. Please arrive and leave on time and follow on-site arrangements.
  You may enter the facility up to 15 minutes before your booking to prepare. Court use is limited to your reserved time. If the previous group is still playing, please wait courtside. Please enter the court when your session begins and leave promptly when it ends.

• 服裝與場地使用｜Attire & Court Use

  使用場地時須穿著 運動服裝與運動鞋。
  皮鞋、高跟鞋、拖鞋或深色／易留痕鞋底 不得進入球場區。
  Proper sportswear and athletic shoes are required.
  Dress shoes, heels, sandals, or dark / marking soles are not permitted on court.

• 飲食與酒精｜Food & Beverages

  館內 禁止攜帶外食（開水及運動補給品除外），違者將收取 NTD 1,000 清潔費。
  球場區域僅可飲水，用餐請至座位區。
  自備酒類飲品將收取 每瓶 NTD 1,000 開瓶費。
  特別節日或官方公告活動期間，如申請攜帶外食，需支付 NTD 1,000 押金；活動後自行清潔並帶走垃圾，經確認後始可退還。
  Outside food is not allowed (water excluded).
  A NTD 1,000 cleaning fee applies for violations.
  Water only on court; please dine in the seating area.
  A corkage fee of NTD 1,000 per bottle applies for alcoholic beverages.
  During special or officially announced events,
  outside food may be permitted with a refundable NTD 1,000 deposit after inspection.

• 違規處理｜Violations

  違反場館規範時，現場人員有權請離，且不予退費或退點數。
  Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund or credit.

• 保險與責任說明｜Insurance & Liability

  本場館已依法投保 公共意外責任保險，
  保障範圍依保險契約內容及相關法規辦理。
  
  請球友於使用場地與設備時，
  遵守場館使用規範並留意自身安全。
  如因 未遵守規範、操作不當或個人疏失 所造成之傷害或損失，
  將不在保險理賠範圍內，
  需由當事人自行負責。
  
  The venue is covered by Public Liability Insurance
  in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of the insurance policy.
  
  Players are expected to follow all venue rules
  and exercise personal caution when using the courts and equipment.
  Any injury, accident, or loss resulting from failure to comply with venue rules, improper use, or personal negligence
  may not be covered by insurance
  and shall be the responsibility of the individual involved.
