10:00–22:00｜營業時段

現場有值班人員，無需自行開鎖。
抵達後請至櫃檯報到，並領取餐飲折抵券。

22:00–翌日 10:00｜自助入場

此時段採門鎖密碼自助入場。

門鎖密碼將於預約時段前 36 小時產生，請至您的會員帳號 → 預約記錄查看。

入場時請點亮門禁機，輸入密碼後即可開門。

10:00–22:00｜Business Hours

Staff are on site during business hours, so there is no need to unlock the door yourself.
Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk and collect your food & beverage voucher.

22:00–10:00｜Self-Service Entry

A door passcode is required for entry during these hours.

Your passcode will be generated 36 hours before your booking. Please check your booking details in your member account.

To enter, wake the keypad and enter your passcode to unlock the door.

每個預約時段皆為專屬保留時間，請準時進退場並配合現場安排。

可於預約時段前 15 分鐘入館準備，但僅限入館，不代表可提前使用球場。

若前一組仍在使用，請於場邊等候，並於您的預約時段開始後再進場。預約時間結束後，請準時離開球場。

Each booking is reserved exclusively for the scheduled time. Please arrive and leave on time.

You may enter the venue up to 15 minutes before your booking to prepare. Early entry does not allow early use of the court.

If the previous group is still playing, please wait courtside and enter when your booking begins. Please leave the court promptly at the end of your session.

10:00–22:00 預約場地可借用器材。
每預約 1 面場地，提供：4 支球拍＋2 顆匹克球。

抵達場館後，請至櫃檯報到並領取器材。
所有借用器材須於 22:00 前歸還櫃檯。

如預約時段超過 22:00，則不提供球拍及匹克球借用，請自行攜帶球具。

Free equipment is available for court bookings between 10:00–22:00.
Each court booking includes:4 paddles + 2 pickleballs

Please check in and collect the equipment at the front desk upon arrival.
All borrowed equipment must be returned to the front desk by 22:00.

If your booking extends past 22:00, paddles and pickleballs will not be available for borrowing. Please bring your own equipment.

一般場地預約｜Regular Court Bookings
於預約時段至少 48 小時前取消，並通知 LaLa Dink 官方 LINE，可全額退回儲值點數。
於預約時段前 48 小時內取消或請假，將退回 50% 儲值點數。

DUPR 積分賽｜DUPR Events
DUPR 積分賽為專屬保留名額。
僅限於預訂時段至少 48 小時前完成取消並通知官方 LINE，方可全額退回儲值點數。

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, with notice via the LaLa Dink Official LINE, will receive a full credit refund.
Cancellations or leave requests made within 48 hours will receive a 50% credit refund.

DUPR event spots are reserved exclusively.
Only cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, with notice via the LaLa Dink Official LINE, are eligible for a full credit refund.

為維持場館環境與用餐品質，館內不開放外食，開水及運動補給品除外。

如有外食需求，請提前透過 LaLa Dink 官方 LINE 申請，經館方同意後，可攜帶外食入館，並酌收 NT$1,000 環境清潔維護費。

球場區域僅開放飲水，用餐請至座位區享用。

如攜帶自備酒類飲品入館，將酌收每瓶 NT$1,000 開瓶服務費。

特別節日或官方公告活動期間，經事先申請並獲館方同意後，可攜帶外食入館，並需支付 NT$1,000 環境維護押金。

活動結束後，如已完成場地整理並自行帶走垃圾，經現場確認後將全額退還押金。

包場活動不適用上述特殊活動外食規定。

To help maintain a clean and comfortable environment, outside food is not permitted, except for water and sports nutrition products.

If you wish to bring outside food, please apply in advance via the LaLa Dink Official LINE. Once approved, an NT$1,000 cleaning and maintenance fee will apply.

Only water is permitted on the courts. Please enjoy food and other beverages in the seating area.

Guests bringing their own alcoholic beverages will be charged a corkage fee of NT$1,000 per bottle.

During special holidays or officially announced events, outside food may be permitted with prior approval. A refundable NT$1,000 environmental deposit is required.
The deposit will be fully refunded after the event once the area has been cleaned and all trash has been removed, subject to on-site inspection.

The special-event outside food policy does not apply to private venue bookings.

使用場地時須穿著運動服裝與運動鞋。

皮鞋、高跟鞋、拖鞋，以及深色或易留痕鞋底不得進入球場區。

Proper sportswear and athletic shoes are required.

Dress shoes, heels, sandals, and shoes with dark or marking soles are not permitted on court.

LaLa Dink 歡迎寵物同行。

請全程以推車、提籠或抱持方式陪同，寵物不得落地。

Yes, pets are welcome at LaLa Dink.
Please keep pets in a stroller, carrier, or held at all times. Pets are not permitted on the ground.

禁止攜帶危險或不適宜物品入館。

全館禁菸，如需吸菸請至指定區域。

使用場地及設備時，請遵守場館使用規範，並留意自身及其他球友安全。

Hazardous or inappropriate items are not permitted.

LaLa Dink is a non-smoking facility. Please use the designated smoking area if needed.

Please follow all venue rules and use the courts and equipment responsibly.

如違反場館規範，現場人員有權要求停止相關行為或請離場館，且不予退費或退還點數。

Failure to comply with venue rules may result in being asked to stop the activity or leave the venue without a refund or credit.

本場館已依法投保公共意外責任保險，保障範圍依保險契約內容及相關法規辦理。

請球友於使用場地與設備時，遵守場館使用規範並留意自身安全。

如因未遵守規範、操作不當或個人疏失所造成之傷害或損失，實際是否屬於保險理賠範圍，依保險契約條款及保險公司認定辦理。

The venue is covered by Public Liability Insurance in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of the insurance policy.

Players are expected to follow all venue rules and exercise appropriate care when using the courts and equipment.

Coverage for any injury, accident, or loss resulting from failure to follow venue rules, improper use, or personal negligence will be determined in accordance with the applicable insurance policy and the insurer's assessment.

LaLa Dink Open Play 採 Reclub 報名。

請至 LaLa Dink Reclub 查看目前開放的 Open Play 場次並完成報名。

每場 Open Play 名額有限，額滿後可加入候補名單；如有名額釋出，系統將依候補順序遞補。

報名成功後，請依活動時間準時抵達 LaLa Dink 並至櫃檯報到。

Spots are limited. If a session is full, you may join the waitlist. When a spot becomes available, participants will be moved up according to the waitlist order.

Once registered, please arrive on time and check in at the front desk.
