為維護使用者權益並提供穩定良好的服務體驗，請於預約與使用服務前詳閱以下條款。當您完成預約或付款，即視為同意本條款之內容。

一、服務內容｜Service Scope

Lala Dink 透過本網站提供場地預約、會員服務、課程、團練、活動與相關線上功能。本公司得視營運需求隨時調整、暫停或終止部分或全部服務。

Lala Dink provides online booking, membership, classes, training sessions, events, and related digital services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service when necessary.

二、會員帳號與安全｜Member Accounts & Security

• 註冊帳號時，使用者應提供正確且完整之資料。

• 帳號與密碼須妥善保管，並由使用者自行承擔所有帳號操作責任。

• 若發生帳號異常、遭盜用或安全疑慮，請立即通知 Lala Dink。

Users must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and notify us immediately if unauthorized access occurs.

三、預約與付款｜Bookings & Payments

• 完成預約前，請確認所有資料正確無誤。

• 線上支付請確保使用安全付款方式並完成交易。

• 付款成功後視為預約成立，相關變更依取消與退款政策辦理。

Please ensure booking details are accurate and use secure payment methods. Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.

四、退款與取消政策｜Refunds & Cancellations

• 若需取消預約，請於預約時間 48 小時前完成手續；該次使用將退回為會員點數或依方案規定處理。

• 因天災、設備故障、系統異常或其他不可抗力因素，Lala Dink 得取消預約並提供改期或退款。

• 若使用者違反付款規範或濫用服務，本公司得拒絕交易或終止會員資格。

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Force majeure or system issues may result in rescheduling or refunds. Misuse of service may lead to refusal or account termination.

五、履約政策｜Fulfillment Policy

• Lala Dink 將依預約與付款內容提供場地、課程、活動等相應服務。
• 因維護、設備故障、教練因素、天候或不可抗力致無法履行服務時，本公司得調整、改期或退款。
• 使用者因個人因素遲到或未到場者，視為自行放棄，恕無法補課、展延或退款。
• 團體課程、團練、活動未達最低人數時，本公司得調整、延期或取消，並主動通知使用者。

Lala Dink fulfills services based on confirmed bookings. When affected by maintenance, weather, instructor absence, or force majeure, we may reschedule or refund. Absence or lateness is considered forfeiture.

六、核銷與使用政策｜Redemption & Usage Policy

• 課程方案與優惠方案須於有效期限內使用；逾期自動失效，恕不補發或退款。
• 入場、課程與活動須完成核銷程序（QR Code、櫃台確認或系統扣次）。
• 核銷完成後即視為使用完畢，不得取消、逆轉或補回。
• 若有核銷錯誤，請於當日告知，本公司將協助查核；逾期視為使用者確認紀錄無誤。
• 票券與方案是否可轉讓或共享，悉依方案規定；未明示者均視為不可轉讓。
• 使用者若因不當操作造成設施損壞，本公司得依情節請求賠償並限制其使用權益。

All passes, credits, and packages must be used before expiration. Redemption is required for each session. Redeemed credits are non-reversible. Transfer rules follow package descriptions.

七、使用者義務｜User Responsibilities

使用者不得從事以下行為：

• 違反法令、公序良俗

• 未經授權擷取、修改、重製本站內容

• 散布病毒或干擾網站正常運作

• 冒用他人身份或帳號
  違反者得暫停或終止其服務資格並依法追訴。

Users must not violate laws, disrupt service, reproduce content without authorization, or impersonate others. Violations may result in suspension or legal action.

八、智慧財產權｜Intellectual Property Rights

網站內所有內容（文字、圖片、商標、設計、程式碼）屬 Lala Dink 或授權人所有，未經書面同意不得使用。

All website content is owned by Lala Dink or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

九、免責聲明｜Disclaimer

• 因不可抗力、系統維護、網路中斷等因素造成的損害，本公司不負賠償責任。

• 因使用者輸入錯誤、誤用服務或第三方因素所致之損害，本公司概不負責。

• 網站資料僅供參考，不保證即時性與完全正確。

We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, maintenance, or user errors. Site information is for reference only and not guaranteed accurate.

十、服務中斷或變更｜Service Interruption & Modification

本公司得因維護、更新或其他必要因素暫停服務，並將於網站公告。

We may suspend services for maintenance or updates and will announce accordingly.

十一、準據法與管轄｜Governing Law & Jurisdiction

本條款受臺灣法律管轄，如有爭議，由臺中地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Disputes shall be resolved in the Taichung District Court.
