If the minimum of 6 players is not reached by the day before the session, the Open Play will be canceled and participants will be notified.

Open Play 為共享使用時段，採非包場制。
球友將依現場安排與輪轉制度上場，並配合輪流使用球場。
現場將與其他球友配對進行，
適合交流、體驗與輕鬆打球。

Open Play is a shared-use session and is not a private court booking.
Players will join the court according to on-site arrangements and the rotation system,
and are expected to take turns using the court.
Participants will be paired with other players on site,
making Open Play suitable for social play, first-time experiences, and relaxed games.

每個名額皆為專屬保留時間，

• 預訂時段前 48 小時 完成取消並通知官方 LINE，
  該次使用將 全額退回儲值點數。

• 預訂時段前 48 小時內取消或請假，
  將 退回 50% 儲值點數。

• 未提前取消且未到場（No-Show），
  恕不退還點數或費用。

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time,
  with notice sent via the official LaLa Dink LINE account,
  will receive a full refund in member credits.

• Cancellations or leave requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time
  will receive a 50% refund in member credits.

• No-shows without prior cancellation are non-refundable.
