預約與取消｜Reservations & Cancellation
若需要取消預約，請於 預訂時段前 48 小時 完成取消及通知官方LINE， 該次使用將 全額轉回儲值點數。
若於預訂時段 前 48 小時內取消或請假， 將退回 50% 儲值點數。
每個時段，都是為你保留的專屬時間。
結束後，請溫柔地把場地交給下一組球友， 並移動至櫃台旁座位區休息或整理裝備， 讓節奏自然接續。

If you need to cancel your reservation,
please complete the cancellation at least 48 hours before your scheduled time
and notify us via the official LaLa Dink LINE account.
The session will be fully returned to your member credits.
If the reservation is canceled or leave is requested
within 48 hours of the scheduled time,
50% of the member credits will be returned.
Each time slot is reserved especially for you.
When your session ends, please kindly pass the court on to the next group
and move to the seating area near the counter
to rest or organize your gear, allowing the flow to continue smoothly.

可於預約時段 前 20 分鐘 入場準備。
若場上仍有其他球友使用中， 請在場邊稍候，待您的時段開始後再進場。
為了大家的安全與舒適， 請勿攜帶危險、污染或不適宜的物品入場。
除服務犬外，場館內暫不開放寵物同行。
LaLa Dink 為全館禁菸空間， 吸菸請至指定區域。

You may enter the venue up to 20 minutes before your reserved time to prepare.
If another group is still playing,
please wait at the sideline and enter once your session begins.
For everyone’s safety and comfort,
hazardous, polluting, or inappropriate items are not allowed inside the venue.
Pets are not permitted,
except for certified service dogs.
LaLa Dink is a non-smoking facility.
Please use the designated smoking area if needed.

請穿著 運動服裝與運動鞋 進場。 皮鞋、高跟鞋、拖鞋，或不適合運動的鞋款， 請留在場外。
為了好好照顧地板， 深色鞋底或容易留下痕跡的鞋款，請勿進入球場區。
使用後，也請幫忙把場地 留給下一位球友一樣乾淨。

Please wear proper sportswear and athletic shoes.
Dress shoes, high heels, sandals,
or footwear unsuitable for sports should remain outside the court area.
To help us take good care of the floor,
shoes with dark-colored soles or soles that may leave marks are not allowed on the court.
After use, please help keep the court
as clean and ready as you would wish it to be for the next player.

場館內不開放攜帶外食（開水除外）。 若攜帶外食，將酌收 1,000 元清潔費。
實際打球的球場區域僅開放飲水， 用餐請移至座位區， 讓場地保持清爽。
若自備酒類飲品， 將收取 每瓶 2,000 元開瓶費。
在特別節日或官方公告的活動期間， 可申請攜帶外食，並需支付 1,000 元押金。
活動結束後，請自行清潔並帶走垃圾； 經確認場地整潔、無異味與髒污後， 押金將全額退還。

Outside food is not allowed (water excluded).
A cleaning fee of NTD 1,000 will be charged if outside food is brought in.
The active playing area is water only.
Please enjoy meals in the seating area
to keep the court clean and comfortable.
If you bring your own alcoholic beverages,
a corkage fee of NTD 2,000 per bottle applies.
During special holidays or officially announced events,
outside food may be permitted with a refundable deposit of NTD 1,000.
After the event, please clean the area and take all trash with you.
The deposit will be fully refunded once the space is confirmed clean,
odor-free, and undamaged.

場內設備皆為共同使用， 請勿自行搬動或調整； 若造成損壞，需依實際狀況賠償。
為了安全與空間品質， 場內禁止攀爬圍網、施放煙火、使用空拍機、 懸掛旗幟或進行未經核准的活動。
若有宣傳需求， 請事先與我們聯繫。

All equipment is shared for everyone’s use.
Please do not move or adjust any equipment without permission.
Any damage will be compensated based on actual condition.
For safety and space quality,
climbing nets, fireworks, drones, banners,
or unapproved activities are not allowed inside the venue.
If you have any promotional needs,
please contact us in advance.

進出球場請在分數間隙或球回合結束時進行。
撿球時請勿任意進入隔壁球場，待對方回合結束再詢問協助。
離場前請歸位球具並保持整潔。

Enter or exit only during breaks in play.
Do not enter adjacent courts; wait until the point is finished before retrieving balls.
Return equipment and leave the court tidy for the next players.

若經提醒後仍未配合，現場人員有權請離並拒絕再次入場。
LaLa Dink 保留規範調整與最終解釋權。

Guests who fail to follow the guidelines may be asked to leave and may be restricted from future entry.
LaLa Dink reserves the right to adjust these rules and make final decisions.
