- Please ensure all details are confirmed prior to payment. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations arising from misunderstandings, duplicate bookings, or personal reasons will not be accommodated.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a cancellation.

Special Situations
- If the government announces a suspension due to weather, or if we are unable to shoot due to power outages or equipment issues, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund with a 5% processing fee deducted.

特殊情況
- 受天氣影響經政府宣布「停班/停課」時，或因不可抗力因素，如：停電或設備故障，導致無法進行拍攝，您可以選擇延期或扣除5%行政處理費後退還訂金。
