We operate on an appointment-only basis, with each session reserved exclusively for you.
Before booking, we kindly invite you to take a moment to review the following information.

Booking & Agreement｜預約與同意
If you have any questions, please contact us before booking.
By completing your payment, your selected date and time are confirmed, along with acceptance of our booking policy.
Your time slot is reserved exclusively upon booking.
預約前如有疑問，歡迎與我們聯繫。
完成付款即表示您已確認預約日期與時段，並同意相關規範。
預約成立後，該時段即為您專屬保留。
Cancellation & Deposit｜取消與訂金
Once booked, the selected time is exclusively reserved and removed from general availability for that period.
If we are able to proceed as scheduled, the booking shall be considered fulfilled regardless of attendance or usage.
All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be applied to other services.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed, nor does it replace cancellation.
訂單成立後，該時段即為專屬保留，並自系統可預約時段中移除。
若本店可依原訂時間提供服務，該預約即視為有效，不因是否實際到場或使用而改變其成立狀態。
所有訂金皆不提供退款、沿用或折抵其他服務。
改期需視當下可預約狀況而定，並不保證成立，亦不構成取消之替代方案。
Late Arrival & No-Show｜遲到與缺席
All participants must be present and checked in within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time.
After that, the remaining time is insufficient to complete the session.
The booking will still be regarded as completed, as the reserved time has been allocated exclusively for your session.
If you’d still like to proceed, a new payment is required.
Any arrangement will be based on available gaps between sessions, independent of your original booking.
自您預約時段起保留 10 分鐘，須全員到齊才算完成報到。
逾時後剩餘時間不足以完成服務，該預約將視為已完成使用，因該時段已為您專屬保留並預先配置人力與場地資源。
若仍希望完成拍攝，需重新支付費用，後續安排將依當日可用空檔另行協助，視為與原預約無關之獨立安排。
Force Majeure｜不可抗力
If we’re unable to proceed due to a power outage, equipment failure, or government-mandated closure,
a free reschedule or full deposit refund will be offered within 30 business days.
若因本店停電、設備異常或政府公告停班停課導致無法提供服務，將提供免費改期或於 30 個工作天內退還訂金。

Each booking may be rescheduled once, subject to real-time availability shown on our booking calendar.
需要調整預約嗎？以下是改期說明。
每筆訂單限改期一次，依官網行事曆當下顯示之「可預約」時段為準。
Request timing｜申請時間
By submitting a request, you confirm the selected details and no further changes will be made.
8+ days before session: no fee
3–7 days before session: 10% handling fee from the deposit.
Within 2 days: not accepted
提交申請表示您已確認欲更改之日期與時段且不再變更，請於場次前至少 3 天提出申請。
場次前 3–7 天提出者，改期成功後收取訂金 10% 作為行政處理費。場次前 2 天內（含當日）不受理異動。
Availability & Processing｜空檔與處理方式
Requests are processed in order during business hours. Availability is not held or guaranteed until confirmed.
If the selected time is available at the time of processing, the change will be completed.
If not, no rescheduling will be made.
申請將依序於營業時間內處理，時段以處理當下為準，非以申請當下保留。
若指定時段於處理時仍可用，將直接完成異動；如已額滿，則無法進行異動。
If no suitable time is available｜無可改期時段
If no suitable time is available, the request will not be confirmed and the original booking remains under the original booking terms.
若於處理時無符合需求之時段，改期將無法成立，原預約依原條款維持不變。
Finality｜最終確認
Once confirmed, all changes are final and cannot be modified or reversed.
異動完成後即為最終安排，恕不接受再次修改或撤回。
