How Booking Works？

If a date isn’t clickable, it means we’re either closed or already fully booked that day 💫
We release next month’s schedule on the 15th of every month, so if you don’t see your date yet, it just means it’s not open for booking!

Classic 撕拉片，是種即時成像的底片（類似拍立得），獨特之處在於需要手動撕開才能顯影，頗有儀式感✨

What is the difference between Classic and Box Camera?

Classic (FP-100C) captures the magic of the moment, a peel-apart film that reveals your photo with a quiet sense of ceremony. Each frame feels like a little treasure.

Box Camera is a slower, more soulful process. Developed entirely by hand using pre-digital darkroom methods from the 1950s, it celebrates the beauty of craftsmanship and time.

One gives you the thrill of immediacy; the other, the depth of tradition.

How do I pay the deposit?

Please review your order details and remove any extra sessions.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations due to personal reasons.
After confirming, please select 'Credit Card Payment' at checkout ₍ᐢ..ᐢ₎♡
⚠️ Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.

現場僅收取現金或轉帳支付「台幣」，使用信用卡，將額外收取3.5%金流手續費。
⚠️ 當信用卡交易授權失敗，仍需以現金支付，建議當天攜帶足夠的台幣以備不時之需唷!

How do I pay the balance?

For on-site payment, credit cards are okay too, but there’s a 3.5% processing fee.
⚠️ if your card doesn’t work, we can only accept TWD cash.
Other currencies are tricky for us to handle, so having a bit of TWD on hand is super helpful!

本店為「 預約制 」，預約保留10分鐘，超時視同取消。
凡基於私人原因，包括但不限於遲到、記錯時間、重複預約等，導致無法如期拍攝，皆無法延期使用或退還訂金。

What if I'm late?

Since all our services are by appointment only, we've reserved a special time just for you!
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a cancellation.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time or even 5-10 mins early to get ready for your shoot. We want to make sure you have the best experience possible!

如需延期或異動，請儘早透過LINE客服聯絡確認。
前3至7天提出延期，將收取訂金的10%為異動手續費，於當日一併收取。
前2天至預約當日不再受理，可以將名額轉讓親友以如期出席。

Can I reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule 3 to 7 days before your appointment, but a 10% fee will be added to your final payment.
Unfortunately, no changes can be made within 2 days, though you're welcome to transfer your spot to a friend.

If you need to reschedule, just reach out to us on LINE as soon as possible.

Can I cancel if something comes up?

If you need to cancel for personal reasons, unfortunately, we won't be able to postpone or refund your deposit. We kindly ask you to consider this before booking. Thank you for your understanding!
