Booking Process

➊送出預約需求
Submit Request

於購物車送出預約請求後，
將收到第一封審核信件，
我們會確認您的尺寸是否有庫存。

Submit your request through the cart.
We will check stock availability for your size and send a confirmation email.

➋店家確認庫存
Stock Confirmation

審核流程須一至三天，如庫存有符合您的尺寸，將會收到第二封信，請於信件中點選「前往付款」連結，再選取付款方式。
⚠️如未選取付款方式，訂單無法完整成立。

Stock checking takes 1–3 days.
If your size is available, you will receive a second email.
Click “Proceed to Payment” and select your payment method.
⚠️ Your order will not be completed until a payment method is selected.

➌訂單成立
Booking Confirmed

決定付款方式後，訂單立即成立，
您將收到訂單保留信件以及「訂單編號」與「商品QRCode」。
⚠️目前僅接受現場付款(現金或刷卡)

Once your payment method is selected, your booking is confirmed.
You will receive a reservation email with your Booking Number and QR Code.
⚠️ Payment is available at the store only (Cash or Credit Card).
