• 請於上課日三天前，提供圖稿至 LINE 確認。
• 全程由專業講師逐步示範解說，並提供圍裙防護您的衣物。
• 我們將於課前10分鐘開放入場，為避免您的久候，請勿過早抵達。
• 課程包含中場休息1小時，可外出用餐，依約定時間回到教室。
• 為維護環境衛生，外食垃圾須自行攜帶離場。

• Send your image via LINE 3 days ahead so we can check and prep accordingly.
• Our instructor will guide you through each step, no experience needed!
• Avoid wearing wide sleeves, they might get in the way! Aprons will be provided to protect your clothes.
• Doors open 10 minutes before class. To avoid waiting, please do not arrive too early.
• A 1-hour break is included, grab a bite and return at the scheduled time!
• To keep the space tidy for everyone, please take any food or drink waste with you when you leave.

• To keep things smooth, we do not allow extra guests or companions, just sign up for everyone who will be joining.

• 異動後未滿4人，將改以原價計費。
• 前3至7天提出延期，將收取訂金的10%為異動手續費。
• 前2天至預約當日不再受理，可以將名額轉讓親友出席。
• 每筆訂單異動乙次為限，若在約定期限內未回覆或使用完畢，將視爲取消。

• Fewer than 4 participants will be charged at the regular rate.
• You can reschedule 3 to 7 days before your appointment with a 10% fee added to your final payment.
• Changes are not allowed within 2 days, but you may transfer your booking to a friend.
• Each booking may only be rescheduled once. If we do not receive your request in time, it will be treated as a cancellation.

• 為確保課程進行，預約保留15分鐘，超時、未到將視為取消。
• 非本店無法履行服務之私人原因（包括但不限於記錯時間、臨時情況等）。
• 訂金無法延用或退還。

特殊情況

• 受天氣影響經政府宣布「停班/停課」時，或因不可抗力因素，如：停電或設備故障，導致課程無法進行，您可以選擇延期或扣除5%金流手續費後退還訂金。

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a cancellation.
• Deposits are non-refundable or transferable for cancellations or reduced attendance due to personal reasons (e.g. being late, wrong time).

Special Situations

• If the government announces a suspension due to weather, or if we are unable to proceed as scheduled due to power outages or equipment issues, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund with a 5% processing fee deducted.

• 店貓會於課堂中巡禮，歡迎友善相處（拍屁屁）。
• 遇到設備故障或操作異常，請馬上停止並通知講師，以免受傷或造成損壞，需自行負責與連帶賠償。
• 我們將不定期側拍製作過程或完成品，並分享至社群媒體，為保障您的權益，如不希望被拍攝請提前告知。
• 997 STUDIO保有對本課程所有事宜做出最終解釋及決定的權力。

• Cat might sneak in to check on your progress! She loves attention (especially butt pats!).
• If you notice any equipment issue or something does not feel right, please stop right away and let the instructor know to avoid injury or damage. You will be responsible for any breakage caused by improper use.
• We occasionally take photos of the process or finished pieces for our social media. If you would prefer not to be photographed, just let us know in advance.
