如果你是一直在城市安坐太久，缺乏運動的人，就更要參加這個活動。它可以開啟讓你筋骨動起來的爆汗之旅，可以幫你將身上有毒的物質隨著流汗排出體外。中年減重不是夢，只要你願意踏出這一步。
Cultivating a plant for your future self will definitely reminds you of the journey in Orchid Island. It will also leave a hope in the future. The plant you grow will be a continuous connection between you and Orchid Island. If your plant produce fruit/vegetable in the future, you can come back to take part of the farm product. Are you looking forward to this kind of unknown?
If you have been sitting in city for too long and lack exercise, this activity has special meaning to you. It will start a sweating journey that will exercise your muscles and bones and excrete toxic substances out of your body. Losing weight in middle age is not a dream, as long as you are willing to take this step.

3) 如遇颱風或超大雨，活動可能會被取消，屆時再作通知，再作退還按金或延期安排。
4) 體驗活動會於戶外進行，請自備遮陽或遮雨用具。在體驗場域可能會有蚊子和其他昆蟲。我們會提供防蚊液，但亦建議穿著長褲及能包覆整個腳的鞋子。

3) The event may be cancelled in case there is a typhoon or heavy rain. New event date or deposit refund arrangement will be informed afterwards.
4) The experience activity will be carried out outdoors, please bring your own protection tools from sun or rain. Where the outdoors are connected to the indoors in our site, there will be mosquitoes and other insects. Mosquito repellent will be provided, but long trousers and shoes that cover the entire foot are also recommended.
