老媽媽所有產品，均為手工製作，以『手工黑豆醬油、豆腐乳』為主要產品。以傳統日曬過程，不添加任何有害之化學物質，堅持以健康美味為製作理念，服務顧客，期盼每位顧客可以感受到老媽媽的用心。附屬餐廳有＜桶仔雞套餐＞以中市西吃的方式呈現，除了主餐桶仔雞之外，令搭配和風生菜沙拉和百菇雞鍋等，口味獨特，絕對物超所值。
Old Mama’s products are 100% handmade and preservative-free. “Handmade Black Bean Soy Sauce” and “Soybean Cheese” are our most popular products, which are made by the traditional sun-dried method. Our restaurant serves barrel broiled chicken with salad and mushroom chicken soup. Our goal is to make healthy and delicious products!
