Terms and Conditions
1. The Client is required to provide reference materials prior to the meeting. A full-day service includes 6 working hours and 1 hour of lunch break. Overtime charges
will be billed at a rate of NT$4,000 per interpreter per hour, with intervals of less than half an hour rounded up to the nearest half-hour.
2. If recording of the interpretation is required, please obtain the interpreter’s consent in advance, and an additional fee will be charged for the recording.
3. For interpretation services that are canceled two days before the meeting (20240121), 100% of the interpretation fee will be charged. For cancellations made seven
days before the meeting (20240116), 75% of the interpretation fee will be charged. For cancellations made two weeks before the meeting (20240109), 50% of the
interpretation fee will be charged.
4. In the event that the interpreter is unable to attend the meeting due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or injury, the interpreter must arrange for a suitable
professional interpreter to substitute and provide the necessary meeting materials, and promptly notify the contracting party.
5. Please specify the payment method: � Cash, � Bank transfer (Cathay United Bank, Dunhua Branch, Account Number: 053-03-500678-4), � Credit card.
6. The Client is responsible for all accommodations, transportation, parking, and meals incurred as a result of interpretation services and equipment rental. The
accommodation should provide adequate rest for the interpreter and technical personnel. The most efficient means of transportation should be utilized, and if air or
sea travel is involved, the organizing party must provide insurance coverage of up to two million NT dollars for safety. (This applies to areas outside Greater Taipei.)
I have read and agreed to the above conditions. Upon signing, please fax the document to the chief interpreter, and the contract will be considered effective.
