In the Twist It Basic Course, we explored the delicate wirework used in traditional Italian Filigree—so fine it’s comparable to a strand of hair. To make the process more approachable, we worked with slightly thicker silver wire, allowing anyone interested in this captivating technique to participate and create their own one-of-a-kind piece.

The Twist it! Course is a new and unique teaching inspired by the ancient Italian Filigree, the art of weaving very thin precious metal wires.The word “filigree” comes from the latin “filum” (which means “thread”) and “granum” (which means “seed”), so it’s the “thread with granules.

課程費用包含課程師資、場地、課程會提供可帶回的基本工具組（手搖鑽、各式虎鉗、銀、銅絲線、文具等），平錘、檯鉗、火槍、防火磚等工具則為工作室所有物，工作室可提供購買處供學生參考。
The course fee covers instructor and a basic tool kit ( a hand drill, various pliers, brass, silver, copper wires, stationery, etc.) Other tools like hammers, vices, soldering irons, and fire bricks are studio-owned and available for student use. Students can also get purchasing guidance at the end of the course.

1.每堂課人數上限為10人，6人即開班，因工作坊課程需提前準備材料，名額有限，請於填寫表單後完成匯款，以確定名額保留，保障雙方之權益。
2 為讓活動按時開始，請提前到場報到。如遇到不可抗力的因素(如颱風)需延期，將會於活動前一天公告並個別通知。
- ***取消條款：由於工作室需要提前預訂材料並安排藝術家來台交通行程，課程可供轉讓及更改梯次，恕無法退款、取消課程。請務必確認時間後在報名！
- 課程時間有限，每人預計可創作一件作品，老師將提供足夠的材料讓學生課程之後還能繼續練習。
- 請確認個人狀況後再報名，因課程使用火槍技法，存在一定危險性。工作室將不負責任何報名後因未注意狀況而導致的意外。若因未注意狀況導致工作室財產損傷，我們將要求相應的賠償。謝謝理解。

- Please assess your readiness before signing up, as the course involves the use of a blowtorch and carries inherent risks. The studio will not be liable for any accidents due to negligence during the course, but compensation will be sought for damage to studio property caused by negligence.

瓦倫蒂娜·卡普里尼自坎波利古雷（Campo Ligure），熱那亞（Genoa）的工匠修習金絲鑲嵌工藝技術。這個幽靜小村莊在歐洲金絲鑲嵌工藝中享有盛名。她將傳統技法與現代工藝如3D打印結合，賦予作品獨特風采。她跨足歐洲、亞洲和美洲，將原創的義大利當代金絲鑲嵌技術分享於世界各地。現職於學校和大學擔任概念珠寶和金絲鑲嵌教師，更以其專業知識為私人企業提供金匠技術和設計諮詢。2021年，她在佛羅倫薩市中心成立了獨立工作室Linfa Studio Gallery，開啟了新的創作旅程。
Valentina Caprini learned the filigree technique directly from the artisans in Campo Ligure (Genoa, Italy).This small village is one of the most important places in Europe for this special craft.Valentina combines traditional and contemporary techniques, like the 3D printing, to create unique pieces. She teaches her original Italian Contemporary Filigree Course worldwide, traveling to Europe, Asia, and America.She serves as a Conceptual Jewelry and Italian Filigree teacher in schools and universities, and as a Goldsmith technique and Design advisor for private companies. In 2021, she founded Linfa Studio Gallery, her independent studio in the heart of Florence.
