Treehouse Book & Bed draws inspiration from TOKYO BOOK & BED in Japan, a bookstore with a TSUTAYA-style ambiance. Hidden behind wooden bookshelves are cozy beds, allowing book lovers to drift into dreams surrounded by stories. The moment we first saw this design years ago, we fell in love. Now, Treehouse Book & Bed is proud to bring this concept to the riverside of Hsinchu’s moat—a beautiful spot where you can stroll along the stepping stones. The green entrance of our café continues the spirit of Eslite, which once thrived here, like the door Alice opened while chasing the White Rabbit.

The treehouse serves as a portal to a tranquil wonderland.
Continuing the design concept of Treehouse Book & Bed, this cozy bookstore embraces the TSUTAYA-style aesthetic. Behind its wooden bookshelves, beds are concealed, creating a dreamlike space where stories and sleep intertwine.
This time, Treehouse Universe has brought this design to a quaint village filled with cats. Through the branches of cherry blossom trees, you’ll catch glimpses of our charming tropical-style treehouse, a secret retreat hidden within the alleys of an old military dependents’ village. A red-brick café stands quietly nearby—just like the door Alice opened, not while chasing a rabbit, but a cat.
