＊課程提醒＊
1. 首次上課請找課堂老師簽署健康申明。
2. 課程預定後，課堂開始前24小時無法取消課程並扣除點數。若有緊急狀況，請提供醫療或是相關證明向教室申請點數退還。
3. 為保障彼此身心狀態及其他學員權益，遲到10分鐘以上，將扣除點數並取消上課資格。
4. 建議服裝：有袖上衣、可運動的長褲（貼身為佳），課程進行中請勿配戴任何飾品。
＊Course Reminders＊
1. During the first class, you will be asked to sign a health declaration form.
2. Once the class is scheduled, cancellations within 24 hours of the class start time are not allowed, and class points will be deducted. In case of emergencies, please provide medical or relevant proof for a refund of class points.
3. To ensure the physical and mental well-being of everyone in the class, as well as the rights of other students, those who arrive more than 10 minutes late will have their class points deducted and will not be able to attend the class.
4. Recommended attire: Tops with sleeves and sporty trousers (preferably form-fitting). Please do not wear any jewelry or accessories during the class.
