1.  首次上課請找課堂老師簽署健康申明

2. 課程預定後,課堂開始前24小時無法取消課程並扣除點數。若有緊急狀況,請提供醫療或是相關證明向教室申請點數退還。

3. 為保障彼此身心狀態及其他學員權益,遲到15分鐘以上,將扣除點數並取消上課資格。

4. 建議服裝:有袖上衣、可運動的長褲(貼身為佳),課程進行中請勿配戴任何飾品

*Course Reminders*

1. During the first class, you will be asked to sign a health declaration form.

2. Once the class is scheduled, cancellations within 24 hours of the class start time are not allowed, and class points will be deducted. In case of emergencies, please provide medical or relevant proof for a refund of class points.

3. To ensure the physical and mental well-being of everyone in the class, as well as the rights of other students, those who arrive more than 15 minutes late will have their class points deducted and will not be able to attend the class.

4. Recommended attire: Tops with sleeves and sporty trousers (preferably form-fitting). Please do not wear any jewelry or accessories during the class.

Aerial yoga is a unique form of yoga that combines traditional yoga poses with the use of a suspended hammock. In aerial yoga, participants perform various yoga poses and movements with the support of the hammock. The presence of the hammock allows for a greater range of motion, deeper stretches, and enhanced strength and flexibility. It brings a sense of playfulness and creativity to the practice as participants can explore new variations and transitions using the support of the hammock.

Aerial yoga offers several benefits, including increased core strength, improved flexibility, enhanced balance, and decompression of the spine. The hammock provides support that enables participants to achieve deeper stretches and perform inversions, which can be more challenging on the ground. It also helps to alleviate stress and tension while increasing body awareness.

Each class may include warm-up exercises, aerial yoga poses, and a cool-down session. Aerial Sequencing is the art of seamlessly connecting different movements and techniques to create a fluid sequence of continuous actions. This class is conducted on double-point fabric apparatus. In Aerial Sequencing, various movements and techniques are linked together through skillful transitions, forming an uninterrupted dance sequence. This may involve skills such as rolling, spinning, flipping, inverting, tossing, and combinations, as well as various poses and static holds.

Aerial Sequencing requires students to develop exceptional body control and coordination, as well as proficiency in the use of aerial apparatus and a strong sense of safety. They need to accurately calculate timing and spatial awareness to ensure smooth transitions and fluid movements.

This class has a higher intensity compared to aerial yoga, and it is recommended to have a certain foundation in aerial yoga before participating.
